Gordon Adams
Gordon moved to Scotland in 1969 with a major building contractor, after a career in Structural engineering. Within a couple of years, he joined a Glasgow firm of Chartered surveyors and set up their Estate agency practice. In 1979 on his own account he branched out with Gordon Adams & Partners (GAP) eventually amalgamating that practice into Nationwide and was appointed Sales & Marketing director. G & S Properties was created in 1985. Gordon brings a wealth of experience to the Partnership in sales, associated building engineering and a great all-round knowledge of the estate agency and development process, and like all the partners is always available.
Sandra Adams
Sandra moved to Scotland in 1970 following Gordon with their young son after a financial career in the Inland Revenue and later in a private accountancy firm. She joined Gordon in the Surveying practice specialising in Property management and finance, then supporting Gordon in GAP, managing the finances and the property management department. When the amalgamation took place with Nationwide Sandra was appointed Accounts director. She followed Gordon into G & S Properties and now manages the Property Management section and the group finances. Sandra brings many years of financial and tax expertise to the partnership.
Mark Adams
Educated at the High School of Glasgow from 1975 -1988 and graduating from Edinburgh Napier University in 1994 with BA Hons in Commerce and marketing. Mark’s education has given him a platform to maximise his skills in property sales and letting in the West of Scotland. With 26 years’ experience at the forefront of the market, Mark’s knowledge in sales and letting is paramount to the guidance and advice he can provide the seller and buyer, from conception to completion whether sourcing, marketing, selling, letting, or financing property. He brings a friendly and confident approach to the partnership. Mark is keen on fitness with regular visits to the gym and when time allows, he skis on Loch Lomond.
Jamie Adams
Educated at the High School of Glasgow from 1980 -1993 and graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University in 1998 with BSc in Property Management and Development has provided Jamie with a background knowledge of valuation, development and related property issues. Coupled with 22 years of front-line experience in the Glasgow residential sales, development and the letting market, Jamie has a wealth of market knowledge which he brings to the partnership in valuation and delivers in a friendly and personable manner. Through our Sister Company, Comstock Landholdings, as Land Director, Jamie offers a wealth of knowledge, analysis, and advice for landowners in the development process. A keen family man with two sons he spends his off time with his boys and when time allows plays golf at Glasgow Killermont Golf club, where he is a member.
